Princess Charlotte Mirrors Her Father's Royal Traits on Easter
Princess Charlotte is a Mirror Image of Her Father
The popularity of the royal kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis has been rising with each public appearance. Their parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William, recently made a comeback to Easter service last week after a two-year break from the tradition. They arrived hand-in-hand with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, at St. George’s Chapel on Sunday. Although Middleton had ditched her signature Easter blues in favor of a beige blazer and midi skirt, Charlotte picked up her mother’s mantle by donning a baby blue chiffon dress and a camel overcoat that matched Middleton’s color scheme. Although the mother-daughter duo had opted for similar outfits, Charlotte’s uncanny resemblance to her father was seen throughout the day.
Father-Daughter Bond
Charlotte has often been likened to her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, and her grandmother, Princess Diana. It is said that William also bears a lot of resemblance to his late mother. The genes seemed to be working over time on Easter, as the father and daughter almost mirrored each other. They were not just looking similar, but their mannerisms were also in sync.
Same Stride, Same Expressions
As William and Kate led the charge of the royal family on Sunday, eagle-eyed fans couldn't help but notice that the Prince of Wales and Charlotte walked with the same stride and gave similar facial expressions, both at the same time. Positioned at two different ends of the Wales clan, they both seemed to furrow their eyebrows as they walked towards St. George's Chapel.
Like Father, Like Daughter
As the Prince of Wales and his family stood at the entrance of St. George's Chapel for King Charles and Queen Camilla's arrival, William and Charlotte started chatting. Both of them had incidentally clasped their hands in front of themselves, patiently waiting for the monarchs, which was yet another example of uncanny resemblance, not just in appearance but also through mannerisms.
Demure and Mindful
William, George and Louis were all dressed in dark suits for Easter this year, as the boys had taken a leaf out of their father's style for the event. But it was Charlotte who best mirrored his mannerisms. The Prince of Wales has a habit of keeping his coat in place with one hand whenever he walks. The same habit was subconsciously exhibited by the young princess as she placed a hand on her overcoat, walking alongside her mother.
All Smiles
Charlotte and William were all smiles as they flashed their adorable toothy grins to the crowds gathered outside St. George's Chapel for the Easter Service. The way the father and daughter connected in every way showed that the young princess mirrors both of her parents. She has also inherited grace and is a natural at royal events, just like the Prince of Wales and Kate Middleton.
Some Interesting Observations
The Prince of Wales, Kate Middleton and their family met with the Dean of St. George's Chapel on Sunday. As he shook hands with Louis, both Charlotte and William tilted their heads forward to look at the handshake. This was another wholesome moment for the public to marvel at as they watched the royal kids grow up to represent the modern face of the monarchy.
